If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Since our dog food is frozen, we do not expect or want our customers to ship products back to us. (It’s expensive and time-consuming to ship frozen food!) Instead, we ask that you contact us directly and have a shipping receipt, photos, and your explanation of the problem. We handle each situation individually. And after speaking with you, we will determine whether to approve a credit on a future purchase, or offer a refund. Only the purchase price of the product in question is eligible for a credit or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do experience a problem, you have 7 days (one week) from the receipt of the products to contact us. Inquires past this one week window will not be eligible for a credit or refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Credits may be applied to future purchases.

Please note, the following reasons do not qualify for a credit or refund:

  • Your dog does not like the food. Please donate the remainder to your local shelter.
  • You are squeamish about raw meat and decide feeding your dog a fresh, raw diet is not for you.
  • Products have not been handled correctly by the receiver and are no longer frozen.
